Two types of Wincc packages are available in Siemens. 1)Wincc RT(Runtime package) 2)Wincc RC(Runtime & Configuration) also known as Engineering Package. In Runtime we can only do Monitoring & Controlling of Scada System. We cannot develop Scada in It. In Runtime & Configuration We can do Monitoring & Controlling as well as development of Scada system. Wincc Software license is available in DVD or Online Software delivery is also available. License prices varies according to Power tags. Available tags range from 128,512,2048,8192,65536,102400,153600 & 262144.
